It’s a Different Kind of Life for YOU! Decision Time!

Expressing yourself creatively is the inspired action needed to step into your higher being and achieve your dreams. You don’t need to be creative in a conventionally artistic sense either. There are many ways to be creative in any field, from science to technology to cooking to music and so much more.

When you follow your heart’s desires with joy and faith, you open up new and unexpected paths to abundance and success. Everything you want is achievable; you just have to take the first step.

You weren’t born into this world to be unhappy or unfulfilled. You’re here to leave your mark by spreading love and experiencing joy. Every day you wake up is your sign from the universe that you’re needed and that you have something to contribute to the world. The light you have inside you is important because it’s a light that only you can provide.

Chances are there is someone that inspires you. She’s living the life you want to live and doing the things you want to do. That alone is proof that you can have or do anything you want. If someone else can buy her dream home, start her own business, or even compete in the Olympics – so can you! That’s why it’s so important to just start!

Simply take the first step, even if it’s a baby one. Once you’ve done that, it’s as easy as taking the next. Just do what you know you can. Do what feels natural to you. You will easily push through any resistance or mental blocks by asking yourself, “What is the next step I can take?” You don’t have to do things perfectly or all at once. Any action at all is a step forward. Feed your creativity by doing what you know you can right now, and the rest will unfold for you.

“The minute you choose to do what you really want to do. It’s a different kind of life.” –Buckminster Fuller

There may be times when you get stuck or lose faith in yourself or the process. It’s helpful to see any setback as a necessary learning experience because it is! The more you learn, the more easily and naturally you tap into your authentic, spiritual self. Don’t beat yourself up if it takes you some time to develop your skills. Your mistakes and setbacks will help you evolve and will make your successes even richer.

There is always a learning curve when you try something new, and it’s important that you nurture yourself through it. Give yourself the kind of encouragement, support, and love that you would give a child learning something for the first time. You may be doing something that isn’t new to you or that comes naturally to you, but remember that it’s ok if it doesn’t always click right away.

Just do something, no matter how small it is, to nurture your creativity and ideas. Remember that even if your early efforts fail or aren’t as you imagined them to be, you only fail if you give up completely or never start at all.  Need a helpful nudge in the right direction? Some of these I already do. However, majing more money requires overtime, and that leads to burnout.

Building a successful business requires commitment, sacrifice, and hard work. If it was easy everyone would be doing it and making a great living.

I am in my early 60’s and am raising my two pre-teen grandchildren with my husband. Our retirement savings is now gone and I am considering returning to the work force after being retired for 2 years. Previously, I worked as a teacher of students with special needs in a Public School District. I loved working with the children, but did not always agree with the politics of the school district and the affects that it had on the children.
