I have created The CLASS: A powerful process made up of twelve sections that take individuals and teams on a journey into Self Actualization. Research has shown that dense curriculum looks good on paper.  However, it does not engage busy people to retain what they have learned.  I have kept The CLASS sections to a written minimum and there are a variety of probative questions at the end of each section.  This method has proven to draw people into the subject.  When people are focused outward through participation, contributing their thoughts, ideas, wisdom and knowledge; this empowers them to learn the material and change their behavior. The goal is to engage people and stimulate their creative thinking process. Experience has shown me that people have the best learning experience when our time working together is both insightful and enjoyable.
