      Hi Sister-babes,

      The training workshop saga continues! And I am really excited to share some useful tips with you.

      I recently took another training on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – developed by Stephen Covey. It’s based on a book that was a ground-breaker when it was first published in 1990. It continues to be a business bestseller with more than 10 million copies sold.

      This training focuses on true success through a balance of personal and professional effectiveness. Before you can adopt the seven habits, you’ll need to accomplish what Covey calls a “paradigm shift”–a change in perception and interpretation of how the world works.

      INTRO to the training

      HABIT 6: SYNERGIZE® • Develop innovative solutions that leverage diversity and satisfy all key stakeholders.
      HABIT 7: SHARPEN THE SAW® • Increase motivation, energy, and work/life balance by making time for renewing activities.

      This training helps build tomorrow’s leaders and it is exactly what you need sister-babes! It complements and aligns with what we’ve done so far with Kelley.

      This training is a life journey and although it requires a lot of discipline to manage all 7 habits, you can start by focusing on 1 habit, then move to another one etc.

      We also looked at moving from ‘dependence’ to ‘independence’ towards ‘interdependence’. Interdependence is what you want to achieve. Moving from the ‘private victory’ to the ‘public victory’.

      This is an awesome share, Melanie. We were using Steven Covey teachings in the 1990’s. His teachings are still incredibly valuable today for anyone who wants to be efficient and effective. This is the foundation for building wealth.
