Mercury Direct

Mercury the messenger is moving forward today.  You may want to give yourself a couple of days before you launch into your new plans or sign on that dotted line.  The messenger needs time to get his head on straight and map out a new course of action. Mercury direct is a welcome relief to the delays, frustrations and miss-communications that have been ripe since mid August.  Mercury retrograde was an excellent time to review your life and decide what you really want.  The Mercury review period is over today. You will begin to see a steady pick up in the pace of activity both personal and professional in the weeks ahead. Mercury is truly the messenger to the gods.  He is the only one who can travel through all three worlds, the conscious world, the sub-conscious world and the unconscious world. Empowering us to fully know Self, through having a “conscious connection” to our deeper levels of being. Is there anything more important than understanding the mystery of Self; who-you-really-are? We need a healthy mind (Mercury) to have Self-awareness, through understanding our inner world, and having our outer Self and inner Self in harmony. In truth, words do not teach. Life experience is the only teacher and Self-knowledge is power.  When we hear words that resonate to the knowing that we have gathered, then sometimes it’s easier for us to arrive at understanding.

Mercury direct will allow for your thoughts to flow more evenly, with an eye for the details, catching things you previously missed, and better able to see “the bigger picture.”  Our ability to be forward focused enhances a positive attitude, and increases Self-confidence. Essentially, we don’t get what we want. We get what we believe. The only thing that trumps beliefs is desire. Desire – resistance = getting what you want. Whatever issues came up for you in August and the first half of September, remember it is the contrast that clarifies what you don’t want so you can get what you do want.   Transformational Pluto turns direct tomorrow and over the coming weeks and months, our powers to make deep changes in our lives become less internalized and more realized. Later in the evening Mars celebrates diving deep into his home sign Scorpio, making Tuesday a pivotal day for change. Jupiter and Uranus have their second urge to merge this time in empathetic Pisces next Sunday. We can expect the unexpected.  The gift for each of us will depend on where their union occurs in our natal chart. Get ready… This could be a highly active week. Many people may experience sudden opportunities, blessings, financial benefits, fun encounters and/or surprising movement into new areas. And, if this week doesn’t offer you a new perspective and you are still waiting for news, take heart. Your new view will arrive after the Sun shifts into Libra on September 22^nd. If you are still unsure, remember that, when you do what is right for you, it is right for everyone else. And, when you are not doing what is right for you, it is not right for others either.

The Aries Full Moon just six hours after the autumn/spring Equinox on September 23^rd will be extremely powerful, and a major turning point, launching us forward onto new paths, and unanticipated possibilities. This Full Moon will ignite the personal and the collective Cardinal Consciousness current astrology. So far this year, I have been learning to cultivate greater patience and acceptance instead of expectation.  I am learning to be more flexible, flow with the energy, and events, and not be so insisting or resisting.
