Are you a winner or a troll?

I’ve been in this business long enough that I can predict who will be successful in their goals. I can also see who will not. I’m going to share a few predictors here:

Predictor number one:

Are you willing to do the research to learn? Will you put in the work necessary? Are you WILLING to roll up your sleeves for 16-hour days? No? Well, I’ve got bad news for you.

Predictor number two:

Are you working to your strengths? Are you seeking ways to play to your strengths? If not, it’s time to start exploring what makes you HAPPY. What are you good at? What comes natural to you? If you don’t know what you’re good at, start exploring! Once you’ve got a few ideas, find ways to make money with it.

Predictor number three:

Are you genuinely happy for those around you? When friends are successful while you’re at a low point, are you still jumping for JOY with them?

This is such a simple thing. It doesn’t cost anything. It doesn’t even take any time. In fact, it often takes MORE time to be unhappy at someone’s success. So, why are so many people happier when they’re putting others down?

Misery loves company, right? Well, so does success. If you want success, surround yourself with successful people. CELEBRATE with them! All it takes is a quick text, call, or note. Even just a quick positive vibe sent their way can be a HUGE asset for both them AND YOU!

When we send positivity into the world, we get positivity back. We get SUCCESS!

And negativity breeds more of the same. Why jeopardize your own success by putting negative energy into the world? Negativity will only bring YOU down. Did you know that we make more wrinkles from frowning then we do from smiling?

Here’s another side effect of celebrating others. Once you get used to celebrating others. It becomes much easier to CELEBRATE yourself. There are so many people out there that hide in the shadows. They don’t share their goals or their successes. They have lots of excuses as to why they’re not where they want to be. Are you one of those people?

I promise, if you start sharing your successes – even the little ones – you’ll find so much support from those that want to celebrate YOU! Sure, there may be a few trolls along the way, but who cares? Trolls are only spewing their own negativity because they’re unhappy. Ignore them and move on. This is why you have a delete key.

Focus on celebrating others and too let them celebrate you!  Don’t be shy. Be bold. Be brave. I don’t always get it RIGHT the first time. What is that saying, third time’s a charm. “Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.” –Winston Churchill

Now here’s your challenge. Share one thing this week with others that you’re proud of. It doesn’t matter how big or small it is, let it out. Take a chance. Shine your light. And watch the LOVE pour in!

Love,

Kelley

Where do you want to be in 3 months from now?

No one ever says they wished they’d spent less time with their families and more time working a job they hated. No one says that their fulfillment came from hustling in a rat race. Yet, many people work jobs that leave them feeling empty, that take time away from the people they love, and that leave them too tired to pursue the hobbies that make them happy. All because the need to survive creates fear. It’s easy to fear not having enough, not being able to get more, or that resources will dry up.

The world has become poisoned by a scarcity mindset through fear; “I need to have more because there’s not enough for everyone. When I have enough for me, then I’ll help others who don’t have enough.” This way of living, as in gaining more of what we already have out of fear we won’t be able to get any more of it, closes us off to a fulfilling life. We end up trading too much of our time and sanity to earn more money. We spend more and more on things that don’t matter to us. We feel unnecessary pressure to own, have, and do things one way because that’s what we’ve been told to define things as “success.” This type of thinking can keep you in survival mode.

I think more people need to be having this conversation, about what makes them truly happy. Because we can all easily get caught up in money and lifestyle that way. Fulfillment has nothing to do with how much money you can spend on something. A more extravagant lifestyle is not better or more meaningful. Your life is what you make of it regardless of how much material wealth you have.

When I started my YouTube channel, I wanted to help others by sharing my gifts. It seemed like a great platform to do that because no one was yet providing detailed astrology readings. It lets me reach people around the world to who I would otherwise have no connection to. I just followed my intuition – my need to live my life by following my heart, and it worked out in my favor. It always does! So, what are you holding yourself back from? What message or gift do you feel called to share with the world?

I am thrilled to share with you my new YouTube Insiders course. That I will be offering in August. It’s about How to Build A Thriving YouTube Channel, a Winning Website, and so much more. Susan Wojcicki, the CEO of YouTube says that by the end of 2020 there will be 5 Billion users on YouTube. This creates opportunities for anyone who wants to grow and prosper. Here is a brief video explaining my Free Webinar.

I recognize that not all of my readers will be interested. This is why I have created a separate email list for you to sign up here: YouTube Insiders Course

And when you do sign up, you will get the “Love My Business Program.” A $77 value simply for joining us!

I know I’ve mentioned money a lot in this blog. But I’m talking about wealth in every sense of the word here. Do you feel wealthy in love and companionship? Do you feel wealthy in happy memories and experiences? Do you feel wealthy in having work you’re excited about? Do you have the time you need to do the things that light you up? Are you loving you properly?

It’s up to you to find fulfillment in your life. It’s up to you to decide what you will do with your time. How you’ll spend your money, and why. The way you do that is to live authentically. Be true to yourself. Take risks.  Be kind to you. Decide for yourself what happiness is and know that you will always have enough of everything you need to live a comfortable, joyful life.

Maybe you’re not entirely sure what that means. Maybe you’ve been doing things the way you were taught to for so long. You’re not sure what feels right for you. If that’s the case, it’s never too late to dig deep and make changes. I discuss these concepts and more on my own YouTube channel. From finding your bliss to earning an income doing what you love. I help you tackle it all. Nothing brings me greater pleasure.

As you may already know, I’m also passionate about building people up to start and thrive in their own businesses! I love to help them realize their gifts and turn it into a profitable business. Where they get to be their own boss and decide how to spend their time. If you’ve been stuck and ready for a breakthrough. Or you want to explore what life can be with a fresh mindset. I encourage you to sign up for my Free YouTube Webinar.  Whether you have a business of your own. Want to start one, or want to explore your hobbies in a fun way. This course will give you all the tips and tricks to get started.

Fulfillment in life is about the connections you make and the time you spend pursuing the things that bring you joy. You never know when you could help someone. Teach them something new, or share exciting news all from your own YouTube channel. I can help you get started so that you get through the learning curve. And nail your first video posts without fear or doubt!  The time to live for yourself is now! Don’t wait to shine your light and find your bliss. There’s nothing to lose. I can show you how to go from surviving to thriving! Where do you want to be in 3 months from now?

This may surprise you but, I used to have trouble with my mindset

This may surprise you but, I used to have trouble with my mindset.  I was angry and frustrated. Because of the limiting roles that women were confined to growing up. I was told as a teenager by my father that women can be one of two things: a nurse or a public school teacher. That was code for, ‘you’re going to have to figure this one out for yourself kid.’ I am the only college graduate in my family.

The truth is I hated public school. It felt like a prison sentence to me. I never liked school until I got to college because it was the first time that I had experienced intellectual freedom. I thought maybe I was born in the wrong place and at the wrong time, and that I needed to go back to Venus because that’s where they “get me.”

I used to joke that my mother should have named me Murphy for “Murphy’s law.” Because I was always drawing trouble to myself. I always seem to choose the hardest path. If it was easy, it can’t be the way. If I’m not struggling, I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t realize that I was the one creating that reality for myself. I was the one that thought if there was no resistance then there must be no reward.

The ironic thing was that she introduced me to the law of attraction at an early age. But, it didn’t stick. I thought she sounded nuts. I struggled with depression and anxiety as a teenager and into adulthood. I used food to self-medicate.  Depressed – eat. Happy – eat. Feeling lonely – eat. Then, I’d starve myself. I’d go for days without eating. It was the yoyo diet method. See where I am going here? It didn’t get better for me as a young adult.

Because of the glass ceiling, my experience in corporate America was frustrating. I ended up in a vicious cycle of victimizing myself repeatedly. And then, I’d manifest conditions to preserve my negative circumstances and justify my crappy thinking. I’d see the world as a bad place, filled with bad people. Just turn on the news, if you need proof. Blah. I am going to hide in the woods. My safe place from people.

It wasn’t until I was pregnant with my daughter that I realized I needed to change. I didn’t want her to grow up with a frustrated and depressed mom. I wanted her to have the most fun, happy, loving mom in the world and the most magical happy childhood that has ever existed.  But, I knew I couldn’t give that to her until I changed. I had to do an attitude adjustment. I had lost the connection to my own inner child (soul). I went on a spiritual growth path to find God. I read every self-help book I could get my hands on. I studied the teachings of the Ascended Masters.

I not only found God, but I found Kelley. YAY!

I transformed my mindset and thoughts practically overnight. It finally clicked. Eureka! I am co-creating with Source with my thoughts. Wow! Hello, Earth to Houston come in, I am creating my reality. I realized everything my mother had tried to tell me as a teenager that I thought was so ridiculous, finally clicked. It was miraculous.

I took my power back from the world. I owned my power. I realized I was making myself a victim over and over again. I realized that I was in complete control. I was making my life harder for myself than it needed to be. I let go of the stories I had been telling myself for years. I focused all my energy on positive things. I put the blinders on to the negative news media. Instead, I focused on the beautiful future I would have with my gorgeous little girl. And all the wonderful things I couldn’t wait to show her.

Isn’t it amazing as parents we want to give the very best to our children? Yet, we can so often deny ourselves the very same LOVE.

This is the reason I’m so PASSIONATE about helping others now. I feel like if I could do it – ANYONE CAN!

The key is when you change your thoughts, you change your life. Yes, it’s true that you have to want it more than anything. In other words, commit yourself to the steps necessary for change. I knew that I had to change me to be a better mother. You want to own up to the part that you play in your own life. I am I playing the victim? Am I playing the martyr? Am I the glass-half-full kind of gal?

You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge. You want to own up to the limiting beliefs and the negative self- talk you’re imposing on yourself. Because how you talk to yourself will determine your SUCCESS or failure in this life.

I think often, how I used to make things harder than they need to be. Because I thought PROSPERITY can’t possibly be THAT easy to manifest? One of my big money blocks was you can’t make more money because it’s hard work. And who wants to work harder? Not me!

But it IS that easy. Manifesting PROSPERITY doesn’t have to be difficult. Your mind is so powerful. All you have to do is decide what you want. If you pay attention, it’s actually remarkable how often you’ll hear limiting phrases come out of people who have everything within them to fulfill their potential. And live their best life. But don’t because they affirm their reality with, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

“I can’t____”

“I wish I could but _____.”

“I can’t afford that.”

It’s not until you realize that your language determines your reality. That you’ll finally figure out it’s THESE phrases that are perpetuating a reality of constant “I cant’s,” “I wish,” and “I can’t afford that’s.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Don’t declare such a reality. Instead, task your subconscious mind to seek ways in which you CAN. Successful people ask lots of questions because they know the power of, “What you seek, you shall find.” If you’re seeking reasons of why you can’t, you’ll find those answers. ⠀

If you ask yourself “How can I?” then you’ll find the answers to that NEW question. Successful people just ask better questions. They don’t consider that they CAN’T do something.  They know they can- it’s just a matter of re-framing the question to find the answer they want.

This applies in life and in business. Instead of shutting down your dreams, challenge your every thought. These are just opinions, not facts. You’re creating the SUCCESS you desire or hindering your success by creating blocks. Either way, it’s up to you.

This means you’re allowed to always be a WORK in PROGRESS and you can still be successful and happy. There is no perfect person or perfect situation. You might have days where things don’t seem to go right or you feel lousy. Everyone goes through that sometimes, it’s normal. How you deal with a bad day and what you project into the world shapes your future. As you UPGRADE your life, you’ll have new challenges. But it’s how you perceive them that leads you to true happiness and success.

If today was your last day on Earth, would you die proud of the light you have shined, even if it wasn’t perfect? Even if you didn’t always feel ready but you went for it anyway? Or, would you die with regret you waited your entire life to feel ready? Or you waited for your circumstances to be perfect before you took a risk?

My goal is to help you feel confident, to live boldly, and share your gifts with the world. Even on your bad days. Even when you don’t feel ready. Maybe there are times you don’t feel worthy. But trust me, you are! People love other people who are real! We crave AUTHENTICITY. You can be BOTH a work in progress AND still be successful and happy. You can still create a life or business that you LOVE while constantly growing and figuring it out.

your life force energy is more valuable than money

Your life force energy is everything. And everything is energy. It’s important to VALUE your life force energy. Because you CREATE the life you truly desire from your life force energy. You build abundance from your life force energy. You grow your biz or career from your life force energy. Your life force energy is MORE VALUABLE to you than money. I know that since I was a little kid, I learned that money ruled the world. When you have it flowing to you, life is good. When you don’t have money, life is a struggle. What messages did you learn about money growing up? Where did you get them from? Parents, teachers, ads, or…? Think of an early memory about money and how it affects you now.

One of the most helpful works that I have ever done in my life is to UPGRADE my Money Mindset. That is, change my beliefs about money. Today I see money in a more objective way. Money is a tool. It’s a vehicle for you to be more, do more, have more, and give more. Let me ask you this, Describe your relationship with money in five words or less. Why those words?

For me, money is FREEDOM, independence, liberation, choice, and power. Money attracts opportunities and gives you options. It allows you to say YES to anything you want without hesitation. By seeing money in this way, you attract more of it into your life. You can’t help but stop playing small when you let go of your scarcity mindset.

What I mean by this is that some people get hung up thinking that wanting more money is greedy. Or that it makes them “evil.” They let old money stories from their childhood, for example, “We can’t afford that.” Or “Money doesn’t grow on trees,” dictate their financial success. Another false belief we have been taught is that “making money is hard work.” Well, who wants to kill themselves working hard? I don’t. So, people may shy away from making money because they believe it’s too hard.  That’s why you want to examine your beliefs around money. So that you can align with the prosperity that the universe is waiting to give to you. Creator wants you abundant. Because it is a win/win. The more you have the more you can give in the world.

Here is another false belief that can hold up your prosperity. Limiting yourself based on how other people or society thinks you should live. For instance, how much money you should have. Money is not evil. It doesn’t make someone evil. Money is currency.  Putting limitations on yourself, and your money traps you in an endless cycle of never having enough. Or being able to break through your income cap. This causes more stress and anxiety around money which creates more lack. The TRUTH is money is energy.

Money is like water—it flows, and as it flows, it nourishes life. We feel happy when it flows our way, distressed when it does not.

Money can amplify your best qualities. Therefore, you shouldn’t feel guilty for wanting more of it.  It’s actually very spiritual. Because your spirit lives in the material world. You live for the body. You live for the mind. You live for the soul. One is not better than the other, all are needed for your wholeness and success. You can be spiritual and rich. As easily as you can be spiritual and poor. In the past, this was a big money block for me to learn as I have shared with you. There was a time where I was only living for the spiritual and my material life paid the price. In truth, the more money you have, the more you can help others. It defines the meaning and purpose of your life. The universe/spirit/God wants you to be HAPPY and abundant. And to share your love and abundance. Like everything, money is energy which flows freely, cycles and recycles.  Do your mission work and the money will follow. The money follows the mission.

How much you want to earn is up to you. And you need never feel guilty for wanting more or for trading your gifts for money. What you trade in time is up to you. You decide what amount of money is worth your time or effort. Life force energy is all you have. So, it’s important to set boundaries and honor your limits. For you to easily enjoy the money you’re making. If you’re miserable in the way you earn it. Or you’re stretching yourself so thin that you don’t even have time to enjoy it. That isn’t what the universe wants for you. DOING WHAT YOU WANT TO BE DOING IS LIFE.  You’re going to be the most successful doing work that you want to be doing. It’s the path to happiness. And it’s worth the effort to find out what it is you want to be doing.

To be truly FINANCIALLY EMPOWERED, you want to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your money, and your Money Mindset. Think of it this way. If you’ve never bought a house before, would you take advice about buying one from someone who’s never been a homeowner? The same rings true for successful, wealthy people. Think of all the successful millionaires and billionaires in the world. Do they let other people take up their time? Or question their worthiness for being wealthy? And worry about the opinions of other people regarding their priorities or business? And let others dictate how they run their business? Absolutely No!  They’re leaders. They follow their own path. And go their own way. Because wealthy people know that no one else is trading their life force energy for money. The same goes for you. No one else is trading your life force energy for your prosperity. So why would you let old money stories or other people’s opinions keep you thinking small? And hold back your abundance. The Money Report can help you understand your money psychology. And where your best opportunities are for building wealth from your natal birth chart.

You get to decide your WORTH in this life. You don’t have to work harder to make more money.  You want to work smarter. Trust your intuition about your REAL needs and the needs of your business. It’s about progress, not perfection. Don’t let a bump in the road derail your progress. You and your business don’t have to be perfect before you can earn like someone in the big leagues. We all start small and GROW.

And what’s more valuable than money? Your life force energy. Because YOUR life force energy is what you use to build your prosperity. You don’t necessarily create prosperity from money. Your life force energy is more REAL in actual experience than money. Life force energy is all you have and more precious. It defines the meaning and purpose of your life. And it’s given to you from Creator. And so is your abundance. Do what you want to do. Be true to your mission (life purpose) and the money will follow.

Build a money-making biz plan

You may have heard the phrase, “When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” I believe this is absolutely true. It may sound a little cliché, but it all comes back to your goals and what you’re working towards.

Of course, you’re manifesting your reality all the time but it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s what you want it to be. It’s not enough to just say positive affirmations and meditate on what you want in life. You need to take action, too. And, I realize that taking action can be intimidating, especially if you’re doing something new to you. Starting a new business, for example, is a huge undertaking. Although you might believe in your idea 100%, you still risk becoming overwhelmed to the point of feeling anxious. And you may drag your feet and procrastinate. This is a huge money block. Or worse, you give up entirely to avoid the discomfort of building your new biz.

This is why having a plan is crucial. Start by breaking down your goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. This will help you stay organized, focused, and motivated. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Looking at the finished picture causes many people, no matter what their aspirations are, to become anxious and stressed. Breathe deeply. And say this to yourself, “In with the peace and out with the fear.” And remember these are growing pains. I love this quote from Erada,

“If it’s terrifying and amazing you should definitely do it.”

Maybe you’ve been dreaming of opening a craft store on Etsy. Or maybe you want to open a bakery in a brick and mortar. What would your first step be? Write it down, then write the next step after that and so on. If once complete, there are still large, daunting, or intimidating tasks on your list.  See if you can break those down even more. If you can, you might try delegating part of a task to someone else. So that you don’t have to do everything alone. Having support to get through some of the challenging responsibilities is priceless when possible.

Give each task a deadline to keep you on track. It allows you to prioritize what you want to get done each week. Allowing you to put more creative energy towards bigger projects without feeling burned out. There is something super motivating and satisfying about physically ticking off items on a handwritten list. You’ll also feel less guilty about taking a day off if you have physical proof, you’re making positive headway. In no time, you’ll find that accomplishing all of your smaller tasks on time has effortlessly led you to realize a bigger goal.

I have created an awesome Free Workshop Series.  It will show you how to build a biz you love and make great money too! And, how to clear your money blocks and double the biz you have. I love these videos and I know in my heart. They are going to help a lot of people. You can sign up for free here with no credit card needed: http://audaciousabundance.com.  And, when you sign up you get the Wealthy Biz Goddess Action Guide it has within it your very own Prosperity Road Map exercise. This is so cool too because you can also use it as your business plan. Start from your goal and then chronologically work backward to what you need to do today. And then you’re on your way! Hey, that rhymes. Woohoo!

Your plan needs to include details like how much money you want to earn and by when.  What new things you can do to increase your bottom line. And how you will attract and engage with your avatars. The purpose of a solid plan and schedule is to not only to map out your business. It’s what you want your work/life balance to look like. Organize your work and your financial goals around the way you want to live. How are you most comfortable? How are you happiest? What do you need to love your work every day and have it support your lifestyle? The goal is to love what you do. And that means it should complement and support your everyday life. Building a successful Biz is not for everyone. You will work harder and longer hours than you do working for someone else. At least until you have your organization and structures build up.

If you want to travel a lot, make sure your business plan includes solids systems so you can take the time off without worry or guilt. If you want to work part-time hours, so you can homeschool your kids. Plan which days and times you’ll be “in the office” and how you can maximize your time. You want to work grow fast and work smart.

I believe it’s important to include in your plan how you’ll feel. And how you’ll reward yourself once you get all of these things done. Write into your plan some time to celebrate and reflect on all the wonderful moves forward you’re making. Celebrate the work! Any progress, no matter how small, is important and valuable. And want for you to celebrate it. Remember; progress trumps perfection. Done is better than perfect. Whether it’s an inch or a mile, you’re still moving forward and that’s what counts. Yay You!

Your business plan should be a solid outline of all of your expectations, schedules, and goals. This way, you’ll conserve your creative energy, stay focused, and stay on schedule. Ultimately, you want your work to compliment your life, not take it over until you’ve run yourself into the ground. Running a business is hard work that takes patience and diligence. But with a solid execution plan, you can easily achieve your goals while having a happy and calm work/life balance.
